Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at Envelope Pay Internships, registering for any program, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or proceed with enrollment.
These terms apply to all visitors, students, and others who access or use our services.

Eligibility
To enroll in our internship programs, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age or a final-year undergraduate student.
- Be currently enrolled in or have completed a recognized degree program (B.Tech, BCA, BSc, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields).
- Have access to a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
- Be able to commit to the stipulated hours per week as outlined in your chosen batch.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any point and revoke access if misrepresentation is found.

Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full program fee or a valid installment payment as per the agreed plan.
- All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay (cards, net banking, wallets).
- A payment confirmation and enrollment ID will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful payment.
- If you opt for an installment plan, subsequent installments must be paid on or before the agreed due date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of access.
Important: Screenshots or transaction references submitted for manual payment verification must be genuine. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate disqualification and legal action.

Refund Policy
We offer a limited refund window to ensure student satisfaction:
- Within 7 days of enrollment (and before attending more than 2 live sessions): 100% refund minus payment gateway charges.
- Between 8–15 days / after 2 sessions: 50% refund.
- After 15 days or midway through the program: No refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for: non-attendance, change of mind after the refund window, or failure to complete assignments. Certificate-linked batch completions are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund, email support@envelopepay.com with your enrollment ID and reason.

Program Content & Schedule
Envelope Pay Internships reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, or improve course content, curriculum, or project tasks at any time for quality improvement.
- Change batch timings with reasonable advance notice (minimum 48 hours).
- Replace instructors or mentors while maintaining the quality of instruction.
- Add or remove tools and technologies from the syllabus as industry standards evolve.
We will make every effort to deliver the program as described at the time of enrollment. Any major changes will be communicated to enrolled students promptly.

Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing login credentials, recorded sessions, or study materials with non-enrolled individuals.
- Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting others' work as your own in assignments or projects.
- Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior toward instructors, mentors, or fellow students.
- Unauthorized recording of live sessions.
- Any activity that disrupts the learning environment.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Certificates & Completion
Certificates of completion are issued subject to the following conditions being met:
- Minimum 75% attendance in live sessions.
- Submission and approval of all mandatory project assignments.
- Full payment of program fees with no outstanding dues.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct throughout the program.
Certificates are issued digitally within 7 business days of program completion. Physical certificates may be requested for an additional fee.
Envelope Pay Internship certificates can be verified by employers or institutions by contacting us directly at support@envelopepay.com.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through our programs — including but not limited to video lectures, study materials, project templates, slides, and code samples — is the exclusive intellectual property of Envelope Pay Internships.
- Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for the duration of their enrollment.
- Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any course content is strictly prohibited.
- Student projects and assignments remain the student's property, but Envelope Pay Internships may use anonymized project examples for promotional or educational purposes with prior consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envelope Pay Internships shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Loss of employment opportunities, career outcomes, or placement results — while we strive to support placement, outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Technical disruptions, internet outages, or third-party platform failures beyond our control.
- Any content or information provided by third-party tools or platforms referenced in our curriculum.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question.

Termination
Either party may terminate the enrollment agreement under the following circumstances:
- By the student: Written notice via email within the refund window (see Section 4).
- By Envelope Pay: For violation of Terms of Service, non-payment, or conduct detrimental to the learning environment — without refund.
- Program Cancellation: If we are unable to deliver a program due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable laws in the state of Tamil Nadu.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through:
- Mutual good-faith negotiation (within 30 days of written notice).
- Mediation, if negotiation fails.
- Jurisdiction of courts in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, if mediation fails.
